These Terms & Conditions outline the policies for ordering, purchasing, and picking up products from our bakery. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following:
1. Orders & Lead Time
- All custom cake orders must be submitted at least 30 days in advance, unless otherwise approved.
- Standard bakery items may be available with shorter notice depending on availability.
- Orders are not confirmed until payment is received in full.
2. Deposits & Payments
- Custom orders require full payment at the time of booking.
- We accept the following forms of payment: cash and credit cards.
- Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
- All custom cake orders are non-refundable.
- If you need to cancel at least 7 days before your scheduled pickup, paid funds may be applied as store credit toward a future order.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before pickup are not eligible for credit.
4. Design & Decoration
- We do our best to replicate requested designs, but creative variations may occur, especially with colors and handmade decorations.
- If fresh flowers or toppers are used, the customer is responsible for providing non-toxic, food-safe items unless otherwise arranged.
- We do not copy copyrighted or trademarked characters exactly; however, we can create themed designs.
5. Allergies & Food Safety
- Our bakery uses common allergens such as eggs, dairy, wheat, soy, nuts, and gluten.
- While we offer allergy-friendly options, cross-contamination is always possible, and we cannot guarantee allergen-free products.
- Customers are responsible for notifying us of any allergies when ordering.
6. Pick-Up Policy
- Please arrive on time for your scheduled pickup.
- Once the product leaves the bakery, we are not responsible for damage due to improper transportation or storage.
- Cakes should be transported on a flat surface in an air-conditioned vehicle and stored as instructed.
7. Outdoor & Travel Disclaimer
- Cakes exposed to heat, direct sunlight, or long travel may melt, slide, or become damaged.
- We are not liable for issues that arise from weather, outdoor events, or customer handling.
8. Photography & Social Media
- We reserve the right to photograph and share images of our products on our website and social media.
- We do not share personal order details beyond product photos.
9. Satisfaction Policy
- If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup so we can assist you.
- Refunds or credits are considered case-by-case and may require the product to be returned.
10. Liability
- By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to all policies.
- The bakery is not responsible for any damages, allergic reactions, or issues that occur once the product has been picked up.
